At Alena Milano, we aim to provide the best quality women clothing in Pakistan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below

Return Policy (3 Days)

You can return your order within 3 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Return Process (Important)

Before returning any product, you must contact our support team.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

👉 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn dresses
  • Damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items returned after 3 days

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within a few working days
  • Refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund without extra charges.
